About Me

I’m Samantha Drainville- a graphic designer and photographer with a love for visual storytelling, currently based in Rhode Island but originally from Massachusetts. I spent my childhood outdoors- exploring nature, hiking through the woods, and spending summers on the beaches of the East Coast. I learned photography at my dad’s side; he’s a talented 35mm film photographer, and I owe all of my creative inspiration to him. He taught me to see how the smallest details of life become beautiful when you notice them through a lens.

Those early, creative experiences shaped the path I’m on today. I started designing in middle school, drawn to the rhythm of typography, layout, and color. Now, I’m just about to graduate Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design & Media Arts, turning my lifelong passion into a career.

I specialize in branding, digital design, and photography- crafting visuals that are both emotionally driven and aesthetically refined. Whether I’m building a brand identity from the ground up or capturing the in-between moments of a photography shoot, I bring a positive, creative energy and a focus on storytelling that feels natural yet elevated.

At the heart of everything I create is that early lesson from my dad: when you slow down and really look, beauty is found even in the smallest details.
